Which hotel would you recommend in Prague & Bratislava?

In Prague, you might consider the Czech Inn or its brand-new sister hotel, the Mosaic Hotel. Both are centrally located, near public transportation, and offer both hostel and hotel accommodations. The Czech Inn has a web site and a Facebook page, I'm not sure about the Mosaic. Very reasonably priced.
