Should I call him?

A guy I was datin not too long broke it off with me yesterday over a minor mistake...I lied to him when he asked about my friend calling him. Reason why she called was because I did not talk to him for a few days and he wouldnt answer my call so I was concerned. I told him no when he asked and he said I dont like kid games and I was insulting his intelligence. But i wasnt tryin to do that I was jus tryin to figure out where he was...and he broke it off with me because of it...I want to call him so Badly that Hes on my mind now 24/7. I kno I should give him time...but I want to call him an tell him my say in the matter or at least talk to him....So should I?
