Why do people who make over 250k need a tax cut?

We need tax reform no doubt. We could take in revenue much more efficiently, have more revenue to the treasury, and have faster economic growth with low rate, broad based taxes, but the leftists are stopping us. They want to hang onto Karl Marx's POS graduated income tax, ideology trumps revenue to the government even though the left has a hardon for government revenue, because what they care about is sticking it to the rich. Shows how screwed up these people are.
