Holly leaves yellowing?

I planted 5 Dwarf Burford Hollies this spring. 3 of them have started to grow with bright green leaves. Two of the them have yellow leaves and are wilted. When I water them they slowly start to look better and they need lots more water than the other 3 shrubs. What could be wrong with them?
