Hypothyroidism?

Anyone have this? I'm going for bloodwork in a few days to have my thyroid levels checked. I've been feeling very sluggish lately, also have had many of the symptoms that go along with hypothyroidism (researched on internet) Does anyone have this, and what symptoms did you have and what is the treatment for it? Thanks!
