Can anyone tell me what story Del Preston tells Wayne and Garth in the movie Wayne's World 2?

isn't it about getting ozzy a brandy snifter full of green m&m's? and that ozzy wouldn't go on stage w/out it? and he had to break into a candy shop and stole some m&m's?
