Help Picking A Title, Subject Euthanasia?

Im writing a report on why I think that euthanasia should be legalized and and open choice for all patients with incurable illnesses. My paper is coming along great however I can't think of a good title, so far its "Euthanasia, An Unavoidable Issue" but I think it can be stronger does anyone have any suggestions?
