The frickin weather men never know what they are talking about!?

we had 2 tornados last week (southcentral KY) it was really bad out, and the weather men went off the air at 1 saying it was all over with, and it was safe to go to bed. well then there was an F3 tornado at 2 in the morning and it killed 4 people. including a 2 yo little boy and his grandma. and might i add this happened only 15 mins from me now after saying itw as going to be nice all day there is this huge winter storm coming but they dont know if it will be rain, snow, or ice??? didnt they go to school for this, actually they are still in school. most of them are interns. we moved here 4 years ago, and i have never seen anything like it, so unpredictable. what is a good site where i can get the correct weather info???
