I need help please! headaches?

kay for all of today my head has been hurting on the side of my head and in my eyes and eyebrows I had a ct scan last month that came back clear. I asked the Dr if it would show any abnormalities such as unruptured aneurysms and he said yes and not to worry about it. So what could this be?
