How to shave my head if i have a mole on my head?

hey i recently clipped all my hair off. i discoverd i have a mole/bump on my head! its small. but i accidentally nicked it with the razor. it bled for a while. i had a stupid band-aid on my head, looked like a damn fool. SO, what is something i should do to keep from doing this again? i want to still keep my head shaven... thanks!!
