1 year left of active duty should i go full time guard or reserve?

I been in for 3 years recently home from a deployment! i have 13 months left in my contract. I dont want to stay active anymore i plan on ets" ing out the army is it worth going reserve or full time guard for money/bennys or just stay civilan
