Commercials for my son and/or daughter. Should I try it?

I would say go for it. Look at all the celebs who were discovered that way and turned out to be well established today. Even if you don't want to go that far, and just see it as fun- do it as long as you are sure it is a reputable company. Sorry I can't help you with that, but I'm not from your area.
