Are we Liberals correct in saying that Gitmo creates terrorists?

Although I agree with affording more rights to Gitmo detainees, just so we can ure that we are detaining actual terrorists, I disagree with your overall ertion. You don't create terrorists like that just by torturing them. It may be bad there, but upstanding citizens do not become suicide bombers just because they were detained at Gitmo.
