My Wii is making a loud weird noise whenever a Wii game is put in it. How do I fix it?

Okay, for some reason my Wii started to make this weird noise whenever I put in a game. If I put in a Nintendo Wii game, the noise is loud, but when I put in a Gamecube game, the noise is low. My warranty expired and my bro thinks it will cost $85 to have Nintendo fix it. I'm all for having them fix it, but then I wont have a Wii to play and it will take a long time for them to get it and a long time to get it back. My cousin suggested that we open the Wii carefully with a screwdriver to see if anything is misplace or whatever, but the screw are small so I can't do that. So.....any ideas?
