How to astral/etheric project?

Journeys out of the Body, by Robert Monroe tells of his astral travels. He also started the Monroe Institute and they have CD's that teach you how to astral travel...ECK teaches soul travel. Yes, I've been out of my body...but I was busy jumping on the clouds, it was too much fun to look back. But I can "project" myself into a room, and see what is there, without leaving my body, like be in two places at once, although only aware of where I am projecting myself...if you want to do it on purpose, you are braver than I am..lol...I wish you the best of luck..it is really neat...I am fascinated by it...oh, you don't walk, you kinda float...and yes, you can see whatever you want to see..what people are doing...I prefer jumping on clouds, I know one guy, I think he went to Mars, or Jupiter...lol the sky's the limit!
