Early labor? or just imaginative thinking?

back pain, menstrual like cramping, contractions that are every 2-3 minutes, increased amount of l discharge, loss of mucus plug. As for the pelvic pain, I'm not to sure. I'm 37 weeks and 5 days now and I'm feeling a lot of pelvic pain.
