Why can't I connect to the internet?

A few weeks ago, I became unable to connect to any wireless internet connection. Two days ago, I did a spybot scan and found two virtumonde spybot on my computer. I deleted them, but I still can not connect to the internet. My main connection is secure and when I enter the key I have internet for a few minutes, but then it disconnects. I was thinking that somehow it is forgetting the key, but I can not connect to an unsecured connection (ex: NETGEAR). Does anyone have suggestions on what I should do?
