Trinidad is safe country to travel?

It is like traveling to another place, precaution must taken when traveling anywhere. If you know someone from Trinidad, you can let them guide you to places to travel, like beaches, etc. There are not many places that are safe for camping at night, Laventille included. It would be better to rent a beach house or camp in back yard of someone's house.
